The company covers an area of 4000 square meters and is a manufacturing enterprise with complete production functions, diverse varieties, and a wide range of service industries. The company has two V-method production lines, one negative pressure casting line, and is equipped with CNC heat treatment electric furnaces, ultrasonic quenching equipment, and first-class machining equipment. Capable of producing various non-ferrous and ferrous metal castings, as well as their corresponding accessories. Our main business is the casting, processing, and sales of copper castings, cast steel parts, cast iron parts, and aluminum castings. The annual production capacity is 8000 tons. The customer base covers mining, metallurgy, sugar factories, large-scale manufacturing, as well as railways and highways. There are currently 50 employees, including 1 PhD from Tsinghua University and 5 undergraduate students. The company has a strong R&D team and business team. Currently, the company has cooperation with multiple listed companies and industry leaders, as well as in the military industry. We have obtained 9001 quality system certification, Level 3 confidentiality qualification certificate, Yunnan Foundry Association Vice President Unit, and multiple independent research and development patents.
